Welcome to the site of Pettas Apartments, a family business run by the Petta brothers and situated in an area called Kipi on the outskirts of Zakynthos, very close to its center.
The center of the island, also known as hora, is within walking distance and there you will find the church of Saint Dionisios, Solomos square, museums, the esplanade with many restaurants and coffee-bars, Alexandrou Roma, the street where all the Zakynthians shop. All of this is Zakynthos, the island poets and writers praise and are inspired from.
ACCOMMODATION
The complex consists of spacious studios, a stone cottage and an apartment.The Rental period is on monthly or daily base.
Apartment
The apartment has been recently renovated and has furniture along the lines of traditional village houses in old Zakynthos.
It is separate from the main building and is suitable for families of 6 or groups of 5.
STUDIOS
The studios have a balcony overlooking our garden, a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and a fridge, w.c. and a spacious bedroom suitable for 4 people.
They all have satellite tv, air conditioning, quick internet access, telephone with free calls within Greece and new furniture.
Surrounding grounds - Stone Cottage
The complex is surrounded by a garden of 1500 m2 where you will find a patio with a barbecue and a traditional stone oven and a parking lot.
There is a large lounge with an energy fire place for winter and a special room with a professional washing machine and dryer which you can use free of charge.
Independent of the main unit, you will find a beautiful, traditional stone cottage. A special touch to the surroundings.
LOCATION
We are located in the quiet and green area of Kipi, near the city of Zakynthos. There is a wide choice of beaches to choose from between 2 and 35 km distance, depending on the kind of beach you prefer. You can use your own vehicle or the bus. Only 200m away you can find a bus stop, tavernas, mini and super markets, pharmacies and doctor's practices.
