The suburb is called KIPI , it is quiet & green .

Taverns, Bakery & mini markets are close by, within a radius of 200 meters!

All Studios are fully Air Conditioned. Access to all floors by Elevator !

One Studio is isolated from the main unit, & it is mostly for couples !
